Full Day Angthong National Marine Park, £54 per person
Come with us to the Ang Thong National Marine Park and enjoy one of the most beautiful excursions in Koh Samui. Ang Thong is the second most important National Park in Thailand and consisting of over 40 islands of all shapes and sizes and is considered by many to be a lost paradise. You can relax on pristine beaches, discover exotic wildlife or just feel the deep tranquillity and peace of this privileged natural environment. You will be picked up from your hotel by a minibus that will take you the port where you will board a speedboat that will take you straight to the National Park. In the park itself cars are banned. Neither is there any electricity. The most popular island in the Ang Thong archipelago is Koh Mae. The centre of the island conceals a beautiful lagoon with crystal clear waters surrounded by limestone cliffs, connected to the sea by an underground tunnel. We will walk up to the highest point in the island from where you will be able to enjoy unique and unforgettable views over the archipelago. This climb is strongly recommended but is only for the hardy; the climb can be difficult because of the high temperatures and the harsh terrain. If the atmospheric conditions are favourable, then there will be some time for relaxation and maybe a dip in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand.

After an early start from Koh Samui head north by luxury speedboat to Koh Tao - arguably the best spot for snorkeling and diving in the Gulf of Thailand. Here you will find Koh Nangyuan, an island retreat made up of three smaller islands inter-connected by a sandbank of clean white sand. As you absorb the incredible beauty of the area of incredible beauty you can swim, snorkel or simply soak up the sun on the beach. The fabulous corals to the west of the island are home to an enormous amount of brightly coloured fish marine life and turtles are often spotted in this area making this a magical snorkeling spot. Lunch will be served on your arrival to Koh Tao or Turtle Island, its name taken from the shape of the island and because of the turtles that call this area home. In the afternoon visited secluded Aow Leuk Beach or Leam Tien beach. Both offer picture postcard vistas and are similarly great spots to swim and snorkel.

Day 1 London - Bangkok

Day 2 Bangkok
Arrive at Bangkok airport and join your transfer to your city centre hotel. The remainder of the day is free to relax and unwind after your flight from the UK.
Day 3 Bangkok
Today will be spent visiting the floating markets of Bangkok as part of your FREE trip.
Start your day at the world famous floating market of "Damnern Saduak", which is located about 100 km southwest of Bangkok. There are countless floating markets throughout the country, many within a couple of hours of the capital. The colourfully clad merchants at these lively markets paddle along congested canals in sturdy canoes laden with fresh fruits and vegetables to sell to shoppers on the banks. There is a lot of chatter and activity - bargaining is common - that's all part of the fun - but don't expect to get the price down more than a few baht. From fruits and flowers to everyday needs, it leaves nothing to be desired, althought it is now somewhat over commercialized. You visit the lively market at itsbest, early in the morning, before the crowds arrive and the day's heat breaks. This is an exciting and fun way to see the local life and to go bargain hunting.
Day 4 Bangkok
Today you can explore Bangkok at your leisure and maybe visit the city’s temples or the Grand Palace. Take a trip to the Bridge on the River Kwai or even take a Thai Cooking class or travel around the city on a Tuk Tuk. There are also fabulous shops to grab those last minute bargains.
Day 5 Bangkok – Koh Samui
This morning you’ll be collected from your hotel and transferred to Bangkok airport to catch your short internal flight to Koh Samui where you’ll then be met and transferred to your hotel. Once you have checked-in to your Koh Samui hotel the rest of the day is spent at your leisure.
Day 6 – 11 Koh Samui
Your days at leisure in Koh Samui can be spent by simply relaxing on the beach or sunbathing at the hotel’s pool or exploring the many sights of the area. Why not take a trip to the Angthong National Marine Park, one of the islands best excursions. There are a variety of fishing, snorkeling or Island Safari trips that you can pre-book too. Why not also explore the many temples or beautiful waterfalls that the island of Koh Samui has to offer as well.
Day 12 Koh Samui – London
This morning you will be collected from your hotel and taken to Koh Samui airport for your flight home to London via Bangkok.
