Your day starts with a scenic drive out of Sydney to the Blue Mountains. En route you will see the site of the Sydney Olympics and a stop at Euroka Clearing for morning tea amongst the kangaroos. Leaving the main roads behind, travel deep into the forest to find wild kangaroos, parrots, kookaburras as you head into the heart of the Blue Mountains. Stop at the renowned Three Sisters for magnificent views. These three majestic pillars of sandstone tower over the valley are one of the most unforgettable sights in Australia. Uluru – Kata Tjuta Helicopter Adventure - £169 per person - This 30 minute helicopter flight provides you with a unique perspective of both Kata Tjuta and Uluru as you fly over Australia's iconic Red Centre.
Uluru and Kata Tjuta are a spectacular sight but nothing compares to seeing them from above. As you fly over Kata Tjuta 30 huge domed monoliths rise from the surrounding desert, with the tallest, Mt Olga reaching up towards you. For the non-climbers, join your guide for a tour around the base of Uluru. Travel by coach to the Mutitjulu Walk where you will be escorted to the beautiful Mutitjulu Waterhole. View Aboriginal rock paintings and learn about the area as your guide points out some native flora and explains the Aboriginal and European history of Uluru. Your tour concludes at the fascinating Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, dedicated to helping visitors learn about the cultural value of the region.

Cross the river and head to the Daintree Discovery Centre for a refreshing morning tea and a guided walk on a boardwalk through the Daintree, the oldest living rainforest on Earth. Your guide will provide a fascinating insight to the unique flora and fauna of this ancient world and you can learn more at the theatre presentations and the interactive displays of the Environmental Centre or climb the Rainforest Canopy Tower for amazing views of the rainforest landscape and its vibrant canopy.
From here, continue to one of Cape Tribulation’s magnificent beaches where you can enjoy a beach walk, stroll along the boardwalks or simply relax in this serene setting. Our next stop is for lunch in a rainforest setting. Relax and enjoy the delicious food, and maybe a glass of wine. We then return to the Daintree River, with a stop enroute to enjoy the panoramic views out to sea and the mouth of the Daintree river from Alexandra Lookout. The day concludes with a leisurely hour-long cruise to discover the wildlife that inhabits this environment, including the elusive and fearsome estuarine saltwater crocodile. The cruise concludes at Daintree Village, where you re-join your vehicle for the return journey to Cairns.

Free time for you to enjoy Sydney at your own pace, why not enjoy a behind the scenes look at the Sydney Opera House, experience the city with Bonza Bike Tours or scale the Sydney harbour bridge for the ultimate view. Take a ferry across to Manly Beach, bus to world famous Bondi beach for a surfing lesson or visit the Sydney Aquarium & Wildlife world at Darling Harbour.
Day 5 Sydney
Today you will visit the Blue Mountains on your FREE trip. Experience the timeless beauty of the Blue Mountains on this 4WD adventure that will take you along bush tracks into the heart of this World Heritage site.
Day 6 Sydney to Ayers Rock
This morning a transfer will pick you up and take you to the airport ready for your flight to Ayres Rock. When you arrive make your own way to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening enjoying some dinner under the stars!
Day 7 Ayers Rock
Rise early this morning to watch the day break over Uluru (Ayres Rock). After breakfast why not join a guided walk of the base of Uluru & learn about how it was created from your guide.
Day 8 Ayers Rock to Cairns
This morning make your way back to the airport ready for your flight to Cairns. When you arrive into Cairns pick up your hire car from the airport and drive to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

This morning drive to Port Douglas a relaxed and sophisticated town just over an hour from Cairns. Depending on the day of the week you are in Port Douglas, you might like to dine by candlelight under the canopy of the rainforest at Flames of the forest & learn about authentic aboriginal culture.
Day 11 Great Barrier Reef
Travel by high speed catamaran from Port Douglas to the Great Barrier Reef for a day swimming, snorkelling & exploration. Options to learn how to dive or scenic helicopter flights are also available whilst on the reef.
Day 12 Daintree Rainforest & Cape Tribulation
Today why not Journey into the heart of the Daintree Rainforest & the World Heritage listed Cape Tribulation for a day of unforgettable beauty.
