Day 1 London – New York
Fly direct from London to New York, the Big Apple. Once you arrive in New York make your own way to your Midtown hotel. The remainder of the day is free to explore New York at your leisure.
Day 2 New York
Today you can enjoy a full day exploring one of the most iconic cities in the world! Take advantage of the FREE 75 minute Harbour Cruise. On this cruise you’ll see and hear about the majestic Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the historic immigration center and the World Financial Center. Stare up at the awesome skyscrapers that make our fabulous skyline come alive. After that you could then take a horse and carriage ride around Central Park, take in the view from either the Empire State Building or Top of the Rock, and also visit the site Ground Zero Memorial. In the evening it’s time to head to Times Square and Broadway where the city’s famous nightlife and theatre options await.
Day 3 New York
On your last full day in New York continue exploring the sights of this cosmopolitan city. Why not take a trip to Chinatown, or the Brooklyn Bridge, visit the shops of 5th Avenue or for those adventurous enough why not take a helicopter ride over the New York Skyline. If you want to explore somewhere further afield you can also take a day trip out to Niagara Falls.
Day 4 New York – Boston
Take your Amtrak train service from New York Penn Station to Boston Back Bay, this journey will take approximately 4hrs. Upon arrival make your own way to your hotel where the remainder of the day is free to explore Boston at your leisure.
Day 5 Boston
Spend your day exploring the many different sights of Boston. You must take the Freedom Trail which takes you round the city’s many iconic sights and gives you an insight in to Boston’s fascinating history.
Day 6 Boston
The final day of your holiday can be spent shopping at Quincy Market or if you fancy it why not take a Whale watching tour or visiting one of America’s famous breweries – Samuel Adams.
Day 7 Boston – Chicago
Fly direct from Boston to Chicago. Upon arrival make your own way your Chicago hotel. The remainder of your day is free to explore this great city.
Day 8 Chicago
This morning you’ll need to meet at 17 East Monroe for 9.30am to join the FREE Historic Chicago Tour. Here is a tour full of interest, history and beauty. Travel through Grant Park, the front lawn of the city and site of soldier field, Adler planetarium with its sky dome, the Caesar Petrillo outdoor band-shell where Chicagoans listen to fine music throughout the summer nights, the art institute of Chicago, world renowned for the largest collection of impressionistic art, orchestra hall, home of the famous Chicago symphony orchestra, the world's largest aquarium, the shedd aquarium, and the field museum of natural history, renowned for the size and scope of its collection. Looking over from these sights you will see the AON, completely faced in while granite. A camera stop will be made at the Museum Campus for its breathtaking view.
Day 9 Chicago
Your last full day in Chicago is at your leisure to explore.
Day 10 Chicago – London
There is time in the morning for some last minute shopping or sightseeing before making your own way to the airport to board your overnight direct flight from Chicago to London.
