Highlights / General details Morning: Paris Historic & Notre Dame (9:15am) - Drive to the oldest part of the Capital. First admire the geometric design of Vendome Square and the fantasy of the Old Opera house - Le Grand Louvre - Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) - Bastille Square - Rue Saint-Antoine - Marais District - Latin Quarter - Sorbonne - Collège de France - Panthéon - Luxemburg Gardens (Senate) - Saint-Germain des Prés. Guided visit of Notre-Dame Cathedral and a short cruise to approach and leave the Cité Island (except when the river is too high).Free time for lunch. Afternoon: Montmartre and Louvre (2:00pm) - Ride up to Montmartre by coach and funicular or minibus, guided walking tour of the village and Place du Tertre. Visit on your own the Sacred Heart basilica. Come back to the heart of Paris, passing by Opera district & department stores.
