Day 2. Calgary, Banff
After breakfast this morning, depart Calgary for Banff, stopping at a local ranch along the way. Upon arrival in Banff this afternoon, check in to your hotel, located within walking distance of the Banff’s lively downtown area. This evening, enjoy a beer tasting and a hearty dinner at the Rockies’ only boutique brewery, before a tour to view the on-site lager and ale tanks.

Day 3. Banff at Leisure
Following breakfast, enjoy the day at leisure to explore Banff at your own pace. You may like to use this time to explore the town independently or simply relax in the comfort of your lodge. Day 4. Banff, Lake Louise, Athabasca Glacier, Jasper
Relax during breakfast this morning before travelling along the spectacular Icefields Parkway - a scenic route that winds through the Canadian Rockies past the ancient glaciers, vast icefields, broad sweeping valleys and pristine lakes that straddle the Continental Divide. This drive is an experience itself. En route, visit picturesque Lake Louise, then stop at the giant Columbia Icefield. Here, you’ll board a custom designed Ice Explorer vehicle and journey right onto the surface of Athabasca Glacier. Afterwards, continue on to the fairytale village of Jasper, located within magnificent Jasper National Park. This morning, you’ll set off on a guided orientation tour of Vancouver’s attractions including the Waterfront, Gastown, Granville Island and Stanley Park. Afterwards, head out of the city along the Sea to Sky Highway, arriving in the alpine village of Whistler in the afternoon. After settling in to your hotel - a modern alpine retreat situated on the edge of Whistler Village - the evening is then yours to enjoy at leisure. A Taste of Whistler - this morning, enjoy a wonderful breakfast at Whistler Golf Club. Afterwards, you may like to take a scenic floatplane flight across the Georgia Strait to Victoria. Alternatively, travel to Horseshoe Bay and here, ride a ferry to Vancouver Island. Then, travel by coach to the city of Victoria. On arrival, set off on a city sightseeing tour before checking in to your hotel. Perhaps set off on an exciting whale watching excursion or ride in a horse-drawn carriage. Later, delight in the opportunity to explore The Butchart Gardens - one of the world’s premier floral show gardens established by the Butchart family in 1904. Here, you will have ample time to stroll through the wonderful estate and view the truly enchanting gardens. Farewell Victoria following breakfast this morning and make your way back to Vancouver. Located at the northernmost point of the Inside Passage, Skagway’s history as a frontier town and gateway for the Klondike Gold Rush is still evident today. The city is also renowned for its pristine wilderness as well as the fascinating culture and history. After breakfast on board, disembark your ship and enjoy the day at leisure to do as much or as little as you please. During your time here, perhaps discover gold prospecting or view some of the local wildlife (both at own expense). Alternatively, you may prefer to explore the historic district which consists of a seven-block corridor, featuring historic buildings and wooden sidewalks. Wake to the breathtaking sight of World Heritage-listed Glacier Bay National Park with its formidable rivers of ice. Day 17. Ketchikan
Arrive in Ketchikan today, a lovely town that is set right on the shores of the Tongass Narrows, with many colourful shops and houses built right over the water. After breakfast, disembark your ship and set off to discover this charming township. While you’re here, perhaps join a walking tour of the town or learn about Tlingit Indian culture at Saxman Native Village (both at own expense). Alternatively, Ketchikan offers many attractions including the Tongass Historical Museum and Totem Bright State Park, which you may like to visit during your time at leisure.
