Prize Terms and Conditions:

1. Prize is for £50 worth of Love2shop vouchers.
2. The prize is non-transferable, non-changeable and non-exchangeable for equivalent cash value.
3. Vouchers are valid for use in the stores stated HERE and are valid until 30th September 2021.
4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Only one entry may be made per person and entries are only open to residents of the UK.
5. Once the promoter has received notification that the vouchers have been delivered to the address provided by the winner, the promoter is not responsible if the vouchers are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. No replacements will be provided in these circumstances.
6. The promoter is not responsible for any exemption of any element of the prize or for any inability of the prize winner to use the prize.
7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by, or to, the prize winner whilst using the prize.
8. Winners accept prize at own risk.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry into the draw is by completing all of the survey questions.
2. The closing date of the prize draw is Thursday 5th March 2020.
3. The winner will be randomly selected from all complete entries within 7 days of the closing date.
4. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date via the contact details they provided.
5. If the winner cannot be located within 7 days of the drawing of the prize, then another person will be selected at random as the new winner from the remaining entries.
6. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible, due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and, accordingly, the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
7. The draw is not open to employees, agents, contractors of P&P Associates or their families, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
8. The promoter is not responsible for incorrect contact details, or for problems with entries caused by any factors outside their control.
9. Winners details must be entered in the areas provided at the end of the survey. Failure to provide these details will result in the participant not being placed in the prize draw.
10. Third party entries into draw will not be accepted.
